How to use the jack correctly
1. Before use, all parts must be checked to see if they are normal.
2. Strictly follow the specified main parameters during use to avoid overloading, otherwise serious oil leakage will occur when the lifting height or lifting tonnage exceeds the specified cylinder top.
3. If the manual pump body is short of oil and needs to be added to the pump, the N33 hydraulic oil should be fully filtered to work.

The center of gravity should be moderate, the focus of the jack should be reasonably selected, the bottom should be flat, and the soft and hard conditions of the ground should be taken into account. Whether it is lined with hardwood, it should be placed steadily to avoid settlement or tilting load. When the jack lifts the heavy object, it should be supported in time with a stable support. For multiple jacks lifting at the same time, in addition to the jacks being placed correctly, the top diversion valve should be used more, and the loads of each jack should be balanced, and attention should be paid to keeping the lifting speed synchronized. It is also necessary to consider the possibility of ground sinking due to uneven weight to prevent the weight from tilting and becoming dangerous. First, connect the quick connector of the manual pump to the upper part, then select the position, tighten the drain screw on the pump, and it can work. When the piston rod descends, unscrew the handwheel of the manual oil pump counterclockwise, the cylinder is unloaded, and the piston rod gradually descends. Otherwise, it will be dangerous if it falls too fast.
9. The spring reset structure of the separate jack can be quickly disassembled after lifting, but it cannot be connected to the hose to pull the jack.
10. Since the lifting stroke of the jack is small, the user should not exceed the rated stroke to avoid damaging the jack.
11. Avoid violent vibration of the jack during use.
12. It is not suitable for acid, alkali, and corrosive gas workplaces.
13. Users should regularly check and maintain according to usage.
